Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679

INTERPORTO DI CERVIGNANO DEL FRIULI S.P.A. – hereinafter the data controller – hereby informs the interested party (or the person to whom the personal data refers) of what is specified below pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 entitled “information to be provided if personal data is collected from the interested party” of EU Regulation 2016/679 – hereinafter referred to for brevity as EU Regulation – and of the Personal Data Protection Code Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments – hereinafter referred to for brevity as Privacy Code – that during the consultation phases of this institutional website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed, specifying that the data controller does not collect user data, but that the processing refers exclusively to navigation data. To this end, it informs that:

2. External Data Controller and DPO

The External Data Controller is the person who processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller. The relevant contracts for the appointment of External Data Controllers are kept at the Data Controller’s secretariat. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is the lawyer Elena Feresin (see contact details of the Data Controller).

3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing, as well as nature of the provision of data

The data is processed exclusively for the provision of the services provided by the site and for navigation within it, also through IT tools and procedures, in accordance with the regulatory and constitutive acts that at the same time constitute the legal basis of the processing.

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.).

Referer (the page you come from), user agent (type and version of browser) and protocol are also collected. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The navigation data, stored as required by the relevant legislation, could be used, if available at the time of the request of the competent Authorities, to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Optional, explicit and voluntary registration through specific web forms on the site entails the subsequent acquisition of all the data reported in the fields filled in by the user and the processing, in accordance with what is reported in the specific information provided for each individual form, is carried out exclusively in compliance with the institutional activities of the Institution.

4. Data processing methods

In relation to the purpose described, the processing of personal data occurs through computer and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the purpose highlighted above. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Personal data may be known exclusively by the Data Controller’s Persons in Charge or authorized to process data. Such data may eventually be communicated to the bodies responsible for any investigations or checks in the event of specific requests by them and by the Data Controller.

5. Transfer of personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization

Personal data are not subject to transfer to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization.

6. Data dissemination

Personal data are not subject to dissemination, except in cases where this is mandatorily required by sector legislation (law 190/2012 and subsequent amendments, legislative decree 33/2013 and subsequent amendments).

7. Data retention period

Personal data are subject to retention for a period of ten years or possibly a different or longer period provided by law or institutional needs which will be communicated to the interested parties through this same form of advertising.

8. Rights of the interested party

The EU Regulation recognizes the exercise of specific rights to the interested party, including the right to obtain from the owner access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition to processing and finally the right to data portability, withdrawal of consent, lodging a complaint before a supervisory authority, as well as any other right provided for in the same Regulation and compatible with the purposes of the processing referred to in point 3.
